I've got to get the fuck out of here.
This has been frustrating because at the root of things, I am a good friend. I would definitely be there if you needed me. But funny thing is, my phone hasn’t been ringing lately. I know, I think I know, who my real friends are, few and far between as they may be. And everyone else? Fuck you.

why do waitresses get paid a wage, plus tips? i know that being able to earn more money by getting more tips is how waiting tables can actually be a lucrative job. but why cant they just earn, then, for each shift, either minimum wage or, if higher, what they earned in tips? that way they would have both a safety net, and the opportunity to earn extra money.
